1. To order, please fill out the ORDER
FORM (Download
Adobe Acrobat Reader). Send your ordering form with a check
payable to CHINESE CULTURAL PRODUCTIONS.
2. Send order forms with checks to the following
address: Chinese Cultural Productions, Fort Mason Center, Bldg.
C, Ste. 353, San Francisco, CA 94123
3. Chinese Cultural Productions only accepts personal
checks or money orders.
4. Buyers will be notified through e-maisl or post
office mails regarding order and shipping status witin one business
day after the receipt of buyers' ordering forms.
5. All orders will be sent within one business day
after the receipt of buyers' money orders, and 5 business days
after the receipt of buyers' personal checks.
6.The price above is estimated based on the domestic
shipping within the United States, 1st class mail through the
U.S. Post Office. For speical delivery method or oversease shipping,
buyers are responsible to pay for any extra mailing cost.
